The Global Weather and Climate Center is a website dedicated to educating the public about meteorology by providing thorough yet accessible articles on current and historical weather-related hazards and events around the globe. It was founded by Jordan Rabinowitz, a Ph.D candidate in tropical meteorology at the University of Missouri, and consists of dozens of degreed meteorologists and students hailing from multiple continents, including professional operational scientists and university professors. The Global Weather and Climate Center team has already created a vast amount of incredibly informative atmospheric science content, and they keep pumping out more every single day. The Weather Junkies
The Weather Junkies is a weekly podcast run by Tyler Jankoski, a broadcast meteorologist for WPTZ in Burlington, Vermont, and Dakota Smith, a graduate student at Colorado State University studying the carbon cycle. Even though Tyler and Dakota live on different sides of the country and work in different fields of atmospheric science, they are both "weather junkies" through and through.
