@parkernathan Hi Nathan! Trying to use the member list to find people to write messages to. I wrote earlier to Russell Monaco and also to Gary Marshall. I saw that Gary joined 4 days ago but he had not posted anything. I have no idea where he is from, except with his name I figure he is located in or near the Gulf Coast. I have caught up on my posting by combining several days over the past two weeks. A good recruit for us here would be “Barometer Bob”, Robert Brookens from northern Florida. Do you know him? Weren’t you a guest on his old show “The Barometer Bob Show”. He was really involved with hurricane preparations and awareness. Will be interested to see how long it takes you to respond through this method. This is not from your message center or on WT Contributors Chat which has also been rather quiet of late. Sure wish more members would submit their profiles, and then get on the contributors list by posted their weather or other blogs of weather interest. Thanks, Kevin
Hi Kevin! Thanks for posting. I saw where the new members registered, but I don’t know who they are either. I’ll ask Charlie. I’ve heard of Robert. I wasn’t on his show, but I think we were Facebook friends. WT has been a little quiet on the Facebook chat since we’ve been chatting with a place that can help us get more views on our posts, and we wanted to update you all on that once we had details. I agree the rest need to submit their bios so we can know all who is regularly blogging and interact better. If you find particular members who haven’t, email me and Charlie and we’ll reach out to them and see if we can get that going. I was sharing all WT posts on my Facebook and Twitter, but it seems Twitter is blocking my sharing WT links at the moment. I need to find out how to talk with them and see why that’s happening. I’m looking for other avenues I can share WT links as well to get more people reading posts.
